By using this Site or any of our services, including requesting estimates, scheduling consultations or inspections, messaging, or engaging us for construction and exterior services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

SERVICES OFFERED

VRC Construction provides exterior construction and home improvement services, which may include:

  • Roofing services, roof inspections, roof repairs, roof replacements, and roof installations
  • Insurance-related roofing and exterior restoration support where applicable
  • Retail roofing projects
  • Metal roofing services
  • Gutter repair, gutter replacement, gutter cleaning, gutter reslope and reseal, gutter installation, leaf protection, soffit, and fascia services
  • Siding inspections, siding repair, siding replacement, and siding installation
  • Window services
  • New build exterior construction support
  • Financing-related information or links where available through third-party providers
  • Consultations, walkthroughs, estimates, project coordination, and related support

We reserve the right to refuse service, modify or discontinue offerings, or deny access to any user, at our discretion.

For any paid project, estimate, proposal, invoice, insurance-related scope, financing arrangement, or separate written service agreement, the more specific written agreement will control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.

CONSULTATION, INSPECTION, AND BOOKING

All consultation requests, estimate requests, inspection requests, and bookings made through our Site, forms, or scheduling tools are subject to availability and confirmation. VRC Construction reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule appointments with or without notice in the event of emergencies, weather issues, access limitations, staffing conflicts, site conditions, supplier delays, insurance-related delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Preparation for On-Site Estimates / Services

  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property where services are requested.
  • Customers should disclose relevant conditions that may affect the estimate or work, including obstacles, pets, access restrictions, roof access limitations, utility concerns, structural concerns, prior damage, leaks, hazardous conditions, or insurance-related claim details.
  • Delays caused by weather, site readiness, hidden conditions, material availability, insurance approvals, financing approvals, or customer unavailability may affect scheduling.

PAYMENTS

Payment terms for services, deposits, progress payments, financing arrangements, and final balances will generally be outlined in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, financing document, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Payments are due according to the payment terms we provide for the applicable project or service.
  • Prices, availability, materials, insurance scopes, and timelines are subject to change prior to acceptance of a proposal or estimate.
  • Third-party financing, if used, is subject to the financing provider’s own approval process, terms, conditions, and privacy practices.
  • You agree not to dispute valid charges in bad faith or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise:

  • Consultation, inspection, or estimate cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
  • Deposits, if any, may be governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, financing document, or project agreement.
  • Missed appointments, denied access, unsafe access, or repeated rescheduling may result in delays, rebooking, or additional fees where permitted.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances, the services performed, materials ordered, project stage, and any applicable written agreement.

USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt website functionality
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or harmful content
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Submit false insurance, financing, property, or project information
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or endanger our team, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, or others in connection with our services

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of services or access.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, text, service descriptions, project photos, and site design elements, is the property of VRC Construction or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or exploit this content without prior written permission.

COMMUNICATIONS

By submitting your phone number, email address, or other contact information through our website, forms, scheduling tools, or other communication channels, you consent to receive communications from VRC Construction regarding:

SMS Compliance Statement

No mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, or SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors or service providers that support customer service, scheduling, communications, messaging delivery, compliance, project operations, or requested services is permitted as needed to provide services. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except aggregators, carriers, CRM providers, and providers of the text messaging services necessary to deliver messages.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VRC Construction and its owners, employees, contractors, subcontractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or inaccurate information you provide in connection with a project, insurance claim, financing request, or service request.

MODIFICATIONS
